With their offer of employment, potential employees are provided with information on the WMC Resources Code of Conduct, and they are asked to confirm, at that time, that they agree to act in accordance with the code. Employees reaffirm their commitment to the code annually.

An advisory committee has been set up to support our code of conduct. Chaired by Alan Dundas, our Executive General Manager - Nickel, the committee's membership reflects the diverse range of our employees. Its primary role is to support employees in resolving matters that arise in their day-to-day employment with WMC.
