WMC Resources continues to address significant challenges in retaining and attracting highly-capable employees worldwide. Our strategic planning involves addressing population demographics, understanding the work-life considerations of our multi-generational workforce, providing exciting employment opportunities, and addressing the challenges for those who work at our remote operations.

At 31 December 2004, we employed 3,066 people directly, with another 1,797 supporting our business as employees of our contractors.
